FEBRUARY 2012Rhythm Rotorua, Sunday, 5 February 2012. The Rotorua BluesFeast Trust is pleased to announce the new name for the Bluesfeast event which is now called "Rhythm Rotorua". This popular annual event is held at the Rotorua Arts Village where gates will open at 12.00pm and the show will commence at 12.30pm. Both seating and shade will be provided so that you can just kick back and enjoy the day. Te Arawa Regional Kapa Haka Competition, Friday, 17 February 2012. The Te Arawa Regional Kapa Haka competition will showcase the traditional-contemporary performing arts, presented by the tribal groups of Te Arawa region. Relay for Life 2012, Saturday, 25 - Sunday, 26 February 2012. The Cancer Society's Relay For Life is a celebration and awareness raising event for cancer survivors, their whanau and friends and communities. The concept involves team members walking or running around a track for 22 hours. The event is open to everyone!
